BMRZ Frankfurt Webportals

The BMRZ Webportals have been developed under the European Commission's 7th Framework Programmes eNMR (project 213010, 2007-2010) and WeNMR (project 261572, 2010-2013) providing the user community easy access to the demanding computational approaches necessary for biomolecular NMR data analysis and structure elucidation. Usage of the webportals should be acknowledged in any publication. Read and review the terms below before using the service.

Terms of use

Privacy policy: The data submitted by a user are hosted for the duration of the computations on a linux file system. The results are available on the website for a period of time and accessible by an ID code. We delete the results periodically, leaving only the results available which are less than 1 month old. We can delete the results earlier or leave the data longer on the server upon your request. The data and results are not encrypted on our file system and no local backups are made. It is your responsibility to properly download and store your results in time. We keep http log files for security purposes and to be able to react on hacking attempts. We collect information from you when you register on our site. You can cancel your registered account and request deletion of your user data. This will automatically cancel your access to our services. Using the contact form you can provide us information for your registration as well as feedback which can help us to improve our website. The email address you provide may be used to send you information and respond to your inquiries, requests or questions. Any data submitted by a user is treated as confidential and remains the intellectual property of the user. The output results are also the intellectual property of the user. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer, without your agreement, any or your personal information to outside parties. Our website does not use cookies.

General warranty and liability: You represent and warrant that your use of this website is in strict accordance with the privacy policy, with this agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which this website resides or the country in which you reside) and will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
